Description:

E-112 is ideal for bonding aluminium foil, fibreglass, or polyurethane foam in air conditioning ducting work and other suitable insulation materials. This adhesive provides strong, durable bonds and excellent resistance to heat and environmental factors, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of insulation in air conditioning systems.

Directions:

  1. Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
  2. Apply E-112 adhesive to both surfaces using a brush, roller, or spray to achieve a uniform coating.
  3. Allow the adhesive to dry until it becomes tacky to the touch, typically around 3 to 30 minutes depending on the porosity of the surfaces.
  4. Press the surfaces together evenly and firmly to ensure a strong bond.
  5. Use solvents such as turpentine or white spirit as a thinner or cleaner.
