Direction:

1. Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
2. Apply E-138 adhesive to one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or other suitable tools to achieve a uniform coating.
3. For best results, clamp or press the bonded surfaces together to ensure even contact and strong adhesion. The clamping time may vary based on the materials and conditions but typically ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
4. Allow the adhesive to dry and cure fully, which usually takes around 24 hours for maximum bond strength.
5. Clean any excess adhesive with turpentine while it's still wet, as it may be difficult to remove once it has dried.
